isHirable is an AI-powered GitHub profile analyzer operated by Rakesh Patel. Our Service helps developers analyze their GitHub activity across 10 hiring matrices to generate a hireability score and receive personalized improvement recommendations.

By accessing or using our Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and isHirable. By using our Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. User Registration and Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account using GitHub OAuth authentication.

4.1 Account Requirements

To create and maintain an account, you must:

  • We do not guarantee that your hireability score will improve over time or lead to specific outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER ISHIRABLE NOR ITS CREATOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Damages from any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Damages from AI-generated recommendations or evaluations
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless isHirable, its creator, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination
