• Leaderboard & Rankings: Compare scores with other developers (opt-in)

3.2 Access

Accessible via web browsers at https://ishirable.vercel.app. Mobile-responsive design.

3.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Service at any time without notice.

4.1 Account Requirements

To create and maintain an account, you must:

• Have a valid GitHub account with at least one public repository
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in European Economic Area)
• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not create an account if previously suspended or removed

4.2 Account Creation

8.2 Other Third-Party Services

• Vercel Inc. - hosting infrastructure
• MongoDB Atlas - database services
• OpenRouter - AI model inference
• Formspree - contact form processing
• Vercel Analytics - usage analytics

8.3 No Endorsement

12.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nepal
